From deciding blind to a financial command center
The challengeThe owner ran a multi-million-dollar business without reliable financial visibility. Receivables, cash and the monthly close lived scattered across sheets and reports that arrived late — so decisions were made on gut feel.
What we builtA private Financial Intelligence suite: receivables (AR), weekly cash flow, monthly close and multi-year trend — with a self-serve uploader so the owner can load their own data whenever they want.
The resultToday the owner runs the suite on their own. We unified 14 years of financial history into a single dashboard, with month-over-month and year-over-year comparisons. No more chasing numbers on a Sunday night: the close went from an all-nighter to information.
"It works perfect… it makes sense."— the owner, on the suite they now use daily

Winning back the inventory-close nights
The challengeThe plant manager stayed up 2 to 3 nights every month reconciling inventory across several physical states. The accounting inventory did not reflect the reality of the warehouse.
What we builtAn intelligence layer on top of their official data source —the scale capture— designed as a complement, not a replacement, for what their team already has, so the reconciliation becomes real information.
StatusPilot in progress. The impact metric is defined during on-site testing; what is certain today is the process redesign aimed at giving the month-end nights back.
